Rice Creek Regional Trail, I believe this part of the trail is on the border of Mounds View, Arden Hills, and Shoreview.

Wow! For a minute there I thought you had taken a photo of my driveway! With the exception of all the beautiful greenery and being a bit narrow, it looks just like my driveway!
